  1. Thanks good demonstration… However I thought the explanation was a bit convoluted and I have my doubt about its correctness. I think the hollow chinup is activating the core simply because the legs are elevated. All the other stuff about transferring power from the lower body through the core and into the lats to help pull yourself up sounds like a bit of a cockamamie theory. Can anyone point me to some definitive information about this ??! Anyway I'm not saying this is a bad exercise…
