Chicken Cordon Bleu is a dish made with chicken breast wrapped around ham and cheese. It is then breaded and cooked by either frying or baking. This video that will show you how to make Chicken Cordon Bleu uses the oven to cook the chicken.

Aside from using chicken, other versions of this recipe makes use of a cutlet, cured meat such as pork, and cheese. A famous method of making chicken cordon bleu is to slice the chicken by butterflying it and then place a thin slice prosciutto (Italian bacon) inside or ham. A slice of cheese is also needed. Roll the chicken to contain the ham and cheese while letting bread crumbs stick to it. Bacon can also be used instead of ham.

Chicken Cordon Bleu is also known as Blue Ribbon Chicken.

  1. hindi man lang sinabi yung oven temp at minuto ng pagluluto 🙁 mag-aadjust-adjust na naman ako neto

  2. any alternative po sa wine?ganyan din kc ako magluto ng beef broccoli pati blanching pero wla AQ wine. mas masarap pa siguro f meron or m alternative yun

  3. kung walang oven deep fry or pan fried nyo lang kahit maging brown lng ng konti den transfer sa non stick pan then lagyan ng parchment paper at ipatong ung chicken then takpan. medium high heat for atleast 15mins sayang kasi ang cheese pg deep fry tlg dhil sa openings..

  4. What temperature degrees (celsius or Fahrenheit) for the oven and how many minutes. The instructions are not complete 

  5. Nakapagluto na ako nito thrice but the problem is hilaw pa yung ibang parte ng chicken hindi ko maperfect pag frybi was thinking na dapatboven saglit then fry… wrap sa foil…
