I bought this colorful leopard print fabric last year in New York but wanted to keep it for a special project. Something that would really add value to its print. After seeing Selena Gomez’ romper I knew I had to DIY it and my colorful leopard print fabric was the perfect fit. Stylish for any occasion and ideal for Spring Summer, this cute Selena Gomez’ inspired DIY romper will make heads turn for sure! Plus it’s super comfy 😀

I use a Brother DS140 sewing machine –
Wishlist Brother CS6000i –

What you’ll need:
– 1 yard/meter of stretch fabric
– thread
– fabric scissors
– zipper
– pins
– sewing machine (I use Brother DS140

  1. Question, when you sew the elastic in, do you sew that on top of the pants and the top when it is layered (attaching the top to the bottoms?) Thank you…

I just got a used sewing machine from someone who instructed me to learn on it then purchase an upgrade once I get good.  I'm learning to sew  so that I can teach my daughter (8yrs old) who wants to be in fashion.  Thank you for your videos.  You make it look so easy!!   5. It would be cool to do a bandage wrap dress with zipper exposed on the back opposite of putting inside.
