First of all, this Interval Training routine is not for everyone.
It’s only for men who want to be strong, with a six pack, flexible and coordinated. Only for women who want to be slender, toned, with flat abs, and also flexible and coordinated.
It’s only for those who want to exercise from home doing a mix of strength or toning exercises and basic movements from yoga, martial arts, or dance, for coordination and flexibility.
