  2. Rock, you fly through this too fast. Player should first self catch or pick the ball up off the ground then chin the ball. Next locate the defender by peeking over the high shoulder while maintaining a low strong position. Then extend the low leg toward the basket and point toe at the baseline, stepping over/around the defenders foot. Finally on the legal two hand crab dribble, you must also move the left/low foot laterally and not leave it locked in place for this move to be most effective.

    Gather the ball in a power position with the defender sealed and power up for the score or use a fake or two first, then go up.

Hey coach I'm really having a serious problem in my game specially playing one on one well , I'm short and thats a big problem so whenever I attack the basket i get blocks all i see is two tall hands and I can't finish at the basket properly so I miss it or I get a block well, I'm working on my shoot but even if i improved my shot basketball isn't all about shooting from long range because attacking the basket in necessary please in you can't make a whole video about attacking the basket for short players please reply to this comment thanks !!!´╗┐
