Hi everyone. I am Jenny, a chef based out of New York City. I went to culinary school here in Manhattan as well, at the Institute of Culinary Education. I actually come from a background of management consulting but quickly realized that my stomach is kind of where my heart is. So I moved into the food world and I finished my externship at Market Table here in West Village and now I’m doing food and beverage development at Le Pain Quotidien. I love to cook because it’s something that I think just brings people together. It’s really pure and it’s also a very giving thing. I think I’m really sharing something.

You’re sharing a part of what you believe in, what you feel, how you think about things, what you like to taste. Everybody’s taste palette is very different and you’re sharing that unique part of you with someone else. I think it’s just really fabulous.
