8 oz Pea Sprouts (Washed)
3 Garlic Cloves ( Minced )
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1/3 Cup of Water
1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
1/2 Tablespoon Chicken Seasoning
Black Pepper to Taste
Turn the heat on to Medium-High and add the cooking oil.
Once the oil is hot add the minced garlic and saute for about 10-15 seconds.
Then add the pea sprouts and give it a quick toss with the garlic.
Add the water and the chicken seasoning. Give the pea sprouts another quick toss.
Add the fish sauce and toss the pea sprouts again.
As soon as the pea sprouts have wilted immediately turn off the heat otherwise you will overcook the pea sprouts.
And add black pepper to taste.
** Total cooking time is only about 2 minutes in all as the pea sprouts cook fairly quickly.
