  1. pretty good but i used 2 baby bok choys and i could have doubled or tripled the sauce quantities. will try that next time

  2. Hate to be pedantic but that's Shanghai bok choy. Normal bok choy has white stalk; SH bok choy has green stalk.

  3. I am not sure why she didn't mention this, but you must rinse bok choy very well or you will get a mouthful of sand or dirt.
