  2. Why this illustration of a man doing a very serious low squat for the picture then when i click its a woman doing a gentle high squat??? That's very annoying. Please represent yourself fairly.

  3. Squats are really good to also build your upper body. Be careful of which squat you are doing, some are to trim weight down
