If you never done a push-up or are unable to do one you got to check this out. Now everyone can start doing full push-ups by working your way up, prefect for those who are overweight or too weak to do a push-up. Push-ups are not easy so do not be discouraged yet the top body weight exercises next to pull-ups.

  1. Hi my name is Maddie. I'm going into 7th grade and I have gym 18 weeks straight. WWe have to do 10 full pushups. When I was in 3rd grade I broke my arm and I have never been able to do a full pushup since. Today is July 11th 2014 and its the first day I've tried your advice. I've already been able to get down to two pillows. I would like to thank you so much I struggled and tried to look at many videos and this one is one that works for me . Thank you!

  2. Um…. Mr. Shinobi when I am doing these sets of 50 or more all I am able to do is usually 10 then rest and shake out my arms for 10 or less seconds is this ok.

  5. Thank you Nicholasw12, push ups are difficult even more so when you weight a lot but, there is always a way and no one should be left out on doing one of the greatest exercises besides squats and pull-ups.
