  1. I actually do my sit-ups with my hands behind my head.. was looking for alternative exercises you can do on a sit-up bench if there are any??

  2. This was dumb.  If it's competition you have to have your hands behind your head………..soo….that was dumb.  Why not just call it "how to sit up without doing a "sit-up".

  3. Ya well you can't do that in the Navy your hands have to stay on your chest, that is pretty much cheating. I just did 71 in 2 minutes which is a good score and I'm not even in the Navy yet. 109+ is the highest score you can get which is crazy fast.

  4. For timed military pushups, in the air force, our arms are crossed and fingertips must remain in contact with collarbone at all times. This situp would DQ us for our test… Terrible advice

  5. same problem i have…you have a swayed lower back…curve more into your legs as you go up…and put cushion under you…
