  1. how if the fabric in use is not a knit? if I change the waist width to hip plus ease for elastic, then how do I adjust the thigh circumstances?

  3. Did you use the same number of inches for a) shifting center waist, 2", b) changing front to back angle with +1" and -1", c) +2" for the waist. I'm about to make some for my niece who lives on the other side of the country.
