  2. exhaling as you crunch and contract your abdominal muscles, is the key in order to properly squeeze all the muscles. One shouldn't be focused on how many reps are achieved, instead focus on the quality of each and every rep.

  3. yo scott…just have a quick question…not judging your technique or anything cuz i think your brill at what you do..i was jus curious tho as to whether its safe to have hands behind the head..i mean is it necessary? only cuz if people start to tire out…they will start straining their neck so could you hit me back with some tips….thanks bro
