  1. He placed that dirt there for a how to video. Nice try dude… :P, Just kidding, nice video :)

  2. …and what about putting some new thermal paste on the processor before reinstall the cooler? It's just one idea! :-))

  3. Another problem is the thermal paste between the CPU's and the heat exchanger. If it has dried and cracked, or even partially dried, it needs to be replaced with fresh thermal paste.

  4. clean clean clean
    clean your laptop
    clean clean clean
    clean your laptop
    clean clean clean
    clean your laptop
    clean clean clean
    clean your laptop
clean your laptop to make it faster xD :D

  5. I think you made that look a lot harder than it has to be. Just blowing out the vents on a fairly regular basis would take care of most heating problem. I would rather not try scraping if I had a can of Blast Away.

  6. Good video, but I have some corrections and a tip. First off; copper, not brass. Aluminium fins, not coil. If you pull a Laptop this far apart, it is a good idea to replace thermal transfer material (thermal paste on CPU/GPU, and thermal transfer pads if there are any) as well.

  7. my problem is different . yes my laptop overheats even before the windows open one thing i notice is that my laptop is so quite and maybe there is no cooling fans inside. dennis huelgas
