  5. actually I live in Pakistan and I used to play without shoes so I made my my football game without toes so when I play wearing toes I cannot play thatmuch well I lost my control, power and acuaracy plzz gice me some tips and hel me and tell me how to increase stamina

  6. guys any solutions for this problem? im 16 and normally my stamina and my sprint is low … i cant even sprint a round the field.. i always get tired.. when i play football .. i normally get tired.. but i really love football. and i even love to watch football.. can someone please help me on this? i dnt look fat.. but when i see me on my mirror i will look thin.. at the same time.. if i hold my stomach.. i can hole like alot of fats.. i got fats in stomach…leg…face abit… and my back.. even on my neck abit… but my kg is 58-59 and my height is 164.5 please come up with a good solutions..thanks ..
