HAPPY CANADA DAY! I decided to celebrate this week’s How To Cake It Tuesday on MONDAY instead! SURPRISE! I just couldn’t WAIT to share this week’s vid with my YoYos! 🙂

July 1st is our home and native land’s birthday so I decided to make a giant TIM HORTONS CAKE! July 1st is also my friend Ally’s birthday and she LOVES her Tims! I just HAD to make her a beautiful novelty Tim Hortons coffee cup cake with giant Timbits… or as I call them, TimBIGS! To make the cake, I baked five vanilla cakes, levelled them, cut them in half and layered them with COFFEE flavoured buttercream! I then carved the cakes into my upside down coffee cup, covered the whole thing in red fondant, flipped it over and finished it with the lid and the lettering! For my TimBIGS, I baked sphere chocolate and vanilla cakes in my ONLY sphere pan (yes I had to bake a BUNCH of them), glued them together with melted chocolate, and glazed them with actual doughnut glaze! It was so much fun to celebrate Canada and my friend Ally’s birthday with these delicious Canadian creations!

  3. in American we have something called Dunkin Donuts which have donut holes we call munchkins/ donut holes
