HOW TO MAKE ASIAN FUSION PAN SEARED MARINATED PORK CHOP, 1.4 POUND OF PORK CHOP, ( 1 TBS OF GINGER, 1 TBS OF GARLIC, 1 TBS WINE, 3-4 TBS SOY, 2 TSP OF HOISON, 3 TBS OF HONEY, 1 TBS SEASAME OIL, SPRINKLE SOME BLACK PEPPER, AND MARINATED FOR 2 HOURS). BEST USE IRON CAST SKILLET TO COOK THE PORK CHOP. PAN SEARED ABOUT 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE UNTIL COOK AT THE TEMPERATURE ABOUT 145*, THEN LET IT REST FOR 5-6 MINUTES. WWW.FACEBOOK/FORTUNECOOKING.
