  3. Hi Joe, good question. The video was just under 15 minutes long, which is how long it took for the roast. I edited it down to just over 5 minutes to keep it interesting before uploading. In my opinion, if it takes longer than 15 minutes, then you may have too much beans than what the pan can handle or your flame temperature may be too low. Roasts are best kept under 20 minutes whatever the quantity.
