  1. I suggest to people to grove your own swing, if you are stuck and can figure it out, consider a golf coach.

  2. Perfect, best yet and helpful for all Handicaps but so perfect for beginners, so viewers need pass this vid on to any friends just startin!

  3. Excellent video and explanations Rick. Big follower here in Canada (I do follow you on Twitter also). Was in the nets today (indoors) with my swing coach getting ready for the start of our Canadian golf season – which is still some 3 months away!Please keep up the great work, much appreciated.

  4. I seem to have a very high ball flight with all my irons therefore I feel as if I do not have the distance I think I can achieve. Any tips on how to keep my ball flight a little lower? Cheers. Btw, I have Nike VR Pro Combo irons and I do know they are lofted quite high; for example, the 7 iron is 35*.

  5. Hey Rick!
    Great video as always! But I would like to see more slow motion parts in your videos. For example in this video, what exactly does the wrist and how should the complete swing look like. I think you can see those things better in slow motion than in full speed.
    Thanks again for all your help! :)

  6. Help, any suggestion on;
    1) hitting clubs in between distance
    2) shots 100 yards in.

    I'm having trouble with hitting shots, 3/4 swing, 1/2 swing.
    Cheers Rick.

  7. Great question. Great answer….apart from the angle of the club at 45 degrees. The angles at which the club should ideally sit is the 'lie angle' of the club which is normally 59* (#3) – 63* (PW). This assumes a vertical D plane is wanted and why we get fitted, as you know….45* swing plane for irons would be a very flat swing…flatter than Matt Kuchar. Dust off that Protractor Rick;) thanks

  8. Hi Rick,

    I tend to get steep in transition, causing dead pulls. When try to shallow out I can hit some massive blocks. Any ideas on how to use this winter to shallow out correctly?
