Hi! This is Lynn Davison from WeHadaGreatVacation.com and I’m here today to show you how to select flights on google.com/flights.
Type in Google.com/flights and you can see it takes me right to Rochester NY, as my location. It allows me to pick wherever I want to go. I frequently search for Puerto Plata, so that’s one of the options that automatically pops up for me.
As a matter of fact, I can search anywhere just by clicking on the expand map link. It shows me the lowest round-trip price to any destination not only in the US, but also Central & South America, Europe, Africa and Asia plus Australia.
Today I just want to show you how to get from your origin, today I’m using JFK to Puerto Plata. If you don’t know the three digit designation, just type in the city name.
Pick your date, and click on it. Note you can scan the dates to see which are the least expensive. Google.com/flights sorts your options by cost and duration.
Finally, click on the red “Book” button and you’ll go right to the airline’s booking page where you can start imputing the information to book your flights.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this short video about how to find the best flights for you on Google.com/flights.
