Today I will show you how to make my version of Lasagna.

What you’ll need:
Lasagna Pasta
Tomato Sauce
Ground Beef
Ricotta Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Parsley
Garlic and Onions
Salt and Black Pepper
Eggs
Olive Oil

  2. Never, never, never put oil in your pasta water. It will coat the pasta & now your pasta won't absorb your tomato sauce. Don't worry, your pasta will not stick trust me.

  3. i have copied this video,but did a few changes. 1. add some ground hot Italian sausage. adds great flavor,if not the dish has too much of a beef taste. 2. drain the grease from meat(leave a little). 3. added more sauce when layering,I cant stand a dry lasagna,becomes all shell and meat.
