  1. Great video. You present the info in a clear way that makes it make sense. I'm animal savy but was almost tricked into two Syrians. You confirmed for me I was right to decline two.

  2. +ErinsAnimals My 2 robo hamsters are siblings (or at least I got them at the same pet store on the same date and they were all cuddling with one another) and they recently started to fight but there are no blood anywhere. They do fight often and during the day they like to sleep together. I hear them squeak 4 or 5 times when im asleep and they are both females. Should I separated them or keep them together? P.S one is a clear dominant and the other one already surrendered and I have no idea if I have big enough cage but I am getting a new one and it is much much much bigger than what I have right now. Also, the dominant one seems to be more territorial and fight about her own territories and sometimes she randomly picks fight. I have 3 wheels in total for 2 hamsters.

  3. My local petshop says they cannot sex the animals because they are inexperienced on this, but ive been doing research on mice, and so far, the mice ive seen there are all females. So are they only allowed to keep females??

  4. Where I live I luckily haven't found a single pet shop where they keep syrian hamsters together
They are always on separated cages here, only hamsters kept together are dwarf hamsters of the same species

And that's why I bought my syrian hamster from a pet shop, I wouldn't have wanted to support any pet shop that keeps syrians together

  5. i bought a hamster in a pet shop and it was two years old and they siad it was four weeks when it died two months later i brought it to the vets. and she said it died of old age so we told thegardi and he was closed down biggles rip

  6. i took a syrian hamster from a pet shop. he was an adoption hamster. he is 6 months old abd was kept with another syrian hamster and i was so cross i ended buying him. now ive ended up with 7 hamsters. i hate pet shops i always go for the adoption pets because its so sad. i love my babies

  7. When I got my hamster she actually was not cute I just looked at how she acted and she was perfect for me then Chelsie(my hamster) got older and cuter. Chelsie is AWESOME

  8. My hamster when I got her–was about 10 weeks, but she was on her own when I got her, shame some people buy animals just cause their cute >_<

  9. When I hot a hamster I was planning on getting one… I had watched several hamster videos before getting him. The woman at the shop simply wanted to get rid of his brother that was with him. I knew not to keep them together and I only had a cage for one therefore I only bought one… My hamster who know has died but lived for two years most likely wouldn't have lived such a long live if it wasn't for these videos☺️☺️

  10. When I got my Syrian Hamster, it was with other Syrian Hamsters and an employee at the pet shop where I got it said the hamsters were 4 months old…..shouldn't they be separated by know……
